Michael Roa has been a Houston business leader since the 1990s, building successful companies in both the real estate and automotive industries that serve the greater Houston community. With over 30 years of experience in operations, strategic planning, administrative services, finance, customer service, and leadership, Michael is known for his strong business acumen, relentless work ethic, and unwavering integrity.
A true visionary strategist, he has guided his businesses through challenging economic cycles with instinct, insight, and timing. His development experience spans custom multi-million-dollar homes, commercial office buildings, and warehouse projects. On every project, Michael serves as the contractor, overseeing each step to ensure quality craftsmanship and cost control. He also continues to act as leasing agent and property manager across his portfolio, ensuring the right tenant mix and well-maintained buildings.
Michael’s philosophy is simple: “Well done is better than well said.”
Today, Michael is heavily involved in the revitalization of Houston’s TIRZ 1, St. George Place. He has invested in more than 40 properties in the area and collaborates closely with city council members and community leaders to improve safety, beautification, and long-term economic growth. He donates countless hours to community initiatives, including fundraising efforts and partnerships with the Houston Fire Department to bring awareness and support to local families and businesses.
Michael’s long-term vision is to curate a portfolio of prime Houston real estate positioned for future growth and ultimately redevelop these sites into high-density commercial projects. In the near-term, he remains focused on acquiring one to three properties per year—primarily in the Galleria area—and is building a dedicated property management team to oversee day-to-day operations while he continues evaluating new opportunities. A native Houstonian, Michael has been married to his wife, Veronica, for over 30 years. They have three boys who are active in school and sports. Michael spends much of his time coaching and mentoring young athletes, helping them build confidence and discipline through hard work and fair treatment. He and his family proudly support several Houston charities, including The Woods Project, Child Advocates, and Family Services of Greater Houston.
